Linked lists, stacks, queues and trees

An extra module, not part of the MOOC. Data structures built from small objects that refer to each other. Nodes and the links between them, a linked list class with a head and a tail, stacks and queues on linked nodes, Java's ArrayDeque as a stack and as a queue, binary search trees with recursive methods, and the sorted maps and sets TreeMap and TreeSet.
